An eclectic backyard wedding in Connecticut with the sweetest extra touches

Marisa of Sassy Mouth Photography is back again this month with another stunning navy blue and yellow wedding. The wedding of Kelly and Dave moved smoothly along with the coordination from Weddingistas. Marisa said the wedding day "one of the most perfect days I have ever seen in my life for a wedding. It turns out that Kelly consulted the farmer’s almanac while choosing the day, and what a right prediction it was. A total dream." Before the ceremony, Marisa met the girls at Southport Harbor for some photos with the bride and her bridesmaids. And, then after the ceremony - there's an amazing reception with lots of details - including a table of cakes, favors filled with canned goodies, shutters to hold the escort cards, and much more. Oh, and there's also the loveliest centerpieces - simple and oh, so pretty vases with hydrangeas and a sweet little table number card tucked in the center.

Hydrangeas are gorgeous and come is so many colors..I've even seen lime green....
What a beautiful set for the cakes, loving that and the program on a chalkboard! Genious idea, probably saved a lot on printing and looks fabulous!
