Glen Cove Mansion Hotel Announces LGBT Wedding & 1st Anniversary Package

Long Island’s largest Gold Coast Mansion hotel is now most diverse.  For more than a century, the historic Glen Cove Mansion Hotel has opened its doors to weddings of all varieties, starting with the storied Pratt family, and for the past four decades, weddings from across Long Island, New York and internationally.  Although the Mansion has always welcomed LGBT weddings, they are celebrating New York’s historic same-sex marriage law with a rainbow edition of their iPad wedding announced this spring.

Glen Cove Mansion is providing LGBT couples married in 2011, and holding their celebration at the Mansion, with a new iPad 2 outfitted with a Rainbow Case – loaded with their wedding pictures*.  Called the “Show Your Pride Wedding,” Glen Cove Mansion is also waving the ceremony fee and including butler-style champagne at the wedding event (either ceremony or reception).  The Mansion can also suggest officiating clergy to the couple.

To celebrate each LGBT couple’s 1^st Anniversary in 2012, Glen Cove Mansion Hotel is welcoming them back for complimentary overnight accommodations.  In addition to a first-class guestroom, Glen Cove Mansion will provide the couple with breakfast for two and a celebratory bottle of champagne.
